Explanation of Who I am

Name: Donal Coakley

Why do I write this rubbish: Because people take running way too seriously. I got tired of seeing terrible runners (I'm a terrible runner) posting serious stuff about how they ran in a small road race. It's supposed to be fun, no one really cares what time you ran or where you finished unless you won. Just enjoy it and don't take it too seriously.  You'll run better if you do.
